Reservations will only be held for a maximum of seven days without deposit payment being received.

We will confirm the week of your choice on receipt of your deposit and signed forms.

All persons visiting Brothers Lake must fill in and return any forms issued.

A non-refundable deposit is payable within seven days of you making your reservation. We reserve the right to make your reservation date/s available again after the seven day period has elapsed without a booking deposit.

The balance of your holiday cost is payable no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your booking date/s.

Bookings made within eight weeks of holiday start date/s must be paid in full at time of booking.

If the balance is not received by due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Your deposit will not be refunded and the date/s will be made available.

No bookings can be re-sold to any third party.

You must notify us with any name changes to the original booking and new forms must be returned to us with new details.

Any amendments or changes to your booking may only be made by the person who made the original booking.

Booking dates may not be changed once deposit has been paid.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations more than 60 days before holiday booking dates forfeit 50% of total cost. Cancellations less than 60 days before holiday booking dates forfeit 100% of total cost.

You are advised to arrange personal travel insurance including medical costs and personal belongings, death and personal injury as these are not covered by our insurance.

All passports and travel documents are your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for any delays or expenses incurred.

We are not liable for any losses due to weather conditions, closure of port or road, or any other force majeure beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the total amount you have paid to us. You must take all precautions to safe guard you and your groups' personal safety.

We accept no liability for any death or personal injury unless this results from negligence by ourselves.

We reserve the right to terminate your booking if we or our employees consider your behaviour to be unacceptable and/or the way the fish are handled is deemed unacceptable.

All customers must be over the age of 16 and each booking must include a minimum of one person of age 18 or above at time of booking.

We reserve the right to increase the cost of your booking at any time. Increases in booking costs will be kept to a minimum and set to a maximum of one increase in any 12 month period.
